Hi-Plains Trading Post is dedicated to providing quality merchandise at affordable prices. We believe in treating people like we want to be treated; honest and fair. Our Shopping Cart runs through a secure server. All information submitted to us is encrypted for your protection and is used only for the purpose of processing your order. We do not give or sell any information to third parties ever.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 15 days of your shipping date. Upon receipt, we will credit your original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. We do not credit shipping and handling charges. In the event of a shipping error, we will arrange to exchange the item at no additional charge to you. If merchandise is damaged in shipment, contact us immediately. We will arrange to have the package picked up by UPS. DO NOT ship the package back to us. We cannot reimburse the additional shipping charges.

All returns must be authorized by email: E-MAIL US for an authorization number and return shipping address. Please write the return authorization number on a copy of your Invoice and include it with the merchandise.

All sales on DISCONTINUED items are final and CANNOT be returned unless defective.
